1. Return and Refund Period:

You can submit a Return and Refund request within 30 days after the product is delivered.

2. Defective Item:

If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a full refund or will happily resend the same product at no additional cost. Eligibility requires photo or video proof of the defective item.

3. Incorrect Item:

If the delivered product is incorrect or not as described, we offer a full refund or will happily resend the correct product without any additional cost. Eligibility requires photo or video proof. Examples of incorrect items include receiving a different variant or size than what was ordered.

4. Wrong Purchase:

If you placed an incorrect order, please contact us at hello@qeepin.com immediately. We can cancel or edit your order if it hasn't been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. We do not accept return/refund requests for wrong purchases once the order is shipped.

5. Refund/Resend Request:

To initiate a refund/resend request, provide a short video or photos confirming the delivered package falls into any of the categories mentioned above. Send all details to hello@qeepin.com. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, we will notify you via email regarding the refund/resend of your order.

6. Refunds:

We utilize Shopify Payments for customer transactions. Upon approval, our team releases the full refund amount, which is then processed by Shopify Payments, taking between 2 to 10 days. If your refund is not reflected in your bank account within 10 days, please contact us at hello@qeepin.com for further assistance.

7. Where to Send Returns:

As we deliver products from different warehouses to your address, our team will guide you on whether to return the product based on its condition and price. If a return is required, there is no additional fee. We use services like packagesender.com to pick up damaged or incorrect products from your address, making the return process simple for our customers.
